  3. Location information is used to track field staff during their active working period, support assigned field jobs, and record shop visits. Location tracking starts when the field staff member checks in and stops when they check out.
  4. Location data is securely transmitted to our backend systems for use in providing and managing the field staff functionality.

  2. Payments made through the app are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card information on our servers.

  8. For authorized Exam Point field staff, location access is used to track the staff member's location during their active working period.
  9. When a Field Agent checks in through the My Jobs feature, the app may collect location information while the app is in use and in the background. This allows the app to track the Field Agent during active field work and while carrying out shop visits.
  10. Location tracking stops when the Field Agent checks out.
  11. You may manage location permissions through your device settings.
  12. You may manage applicable permissions through your device settings.


7. Children's Privacy

Exam Point is designed for students and learners. Users under the age required by local laws should use the application under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

We retain user information for as long as necessary to:
